Founded by master stylist Lisa Forward McKenzie, the salon blends decades of expertise with a modern, welcoming atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. We specialize in custom hair color transformations and professional hair extensions, including blonding, dimensional color, balayage, vivid tones, and seamless extension methods designed to add length, fullness, and versatility. Every service is customized to the individual because no two heads of hair are the same. For this reason, all hair color transformations and extension services begin with an in-person consultation before the appointment is scheduled. Photos can help start the conversation, but they cannot fully reveal your hair’s texture, density, previous color history, or overall condition. Seeing your hair in person allows us to properly assess your hair and discuss your goals. During your consultation we will: • Examine your hair’s texture, density, and overall health • Review your color history and previous chemical services • Discuss your goals, inspiration photos, and maintenance expectations • Determine the techniques, timing, and products needed to achieve your desired result • Perform test strands if needed to safely predict how your hair will lift • Provide accurate timing and transparent pricing before booking Consultations allow our stylists to determine the correct timing, techniques, color matching, and products needed to achieve your desired result while protecting the health and integrity of your hair. It also ensures accurate pricing and proper scheduling for your service. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancelations 48 hours before scheduled appointment will incur a 35 percent charge. No shows will be charged 100 percent of service. Appointments over 3 hours require a deposit of 35 percent of service. Thank you for your patronage!
