Color Consultation
At Forward Hair Lab, every new hair color transformation begins with an in-person consultation before the appointment is scheduled. Hair color is not one-size-fits-all. Your hair’s history, density, texture, and previous treatments all affect how color will lift and process. Photos can help start the conversation, but they can’t replace seeing and evaluating your hair in person. During the consultation we assess your hair’s condition, discuss your goals and inspiration photos, review previous color history, and determine the techniques, timing, and products needed to achieve your desired result. Test strands may be performed when necessary. This allows us to give accurate pricing, schedule the correct amount of time, and create a customized plan for your transformation while protecting the integrity of your hair.
